The Inaugural Village, Northtree:

  • Located in the northwest corner of Banning Lewis Ranch, about 20 minutes northeast of downtown Colorado Springs (driving directions)
  • Just under 350 acres
  • About 1,000 homes, both single-family and attached, will be built at Northtree
  • Initially, five collections from four Guest Builders
  • Open space network with community parks and a connected trail system
  • Banning Lewis Ranch Academy, a public K-8 charter school, community and information center with pools and park complex

The next five villages, which make up the northern-most portion of Banning Lewis Ranch, are planned to include interconnected trails, parks, schools and shopping facilities to serve north Ranch residents in the coming years.
