Northtree Village Now Open

There's history here.

A whole lot of it — taking up most of the last century — devoted to cattle and horses and the lore of the West. Just over twenty-one thousand acres of high prairie running along the eastern edge of Colorado Springs. Spanning almost 14 miles, as the crow flies, north to south.

But now we're in a new century. The cattle operations are phasing out, the city has grown, and the land is ready for a new life. So what do you do with an old cattle ranch in one of the most scenic and desirable places to live in the nation?

The answer is, you approach it carefully. With respect. You think long and hard about how to make the best possible use of this land — not just for today but far into the future.

That's what we're doing. And as it develops, the result will be the new Banning Lewis Ranch — a thoughtfully designed master-planned community with homes, schools, parks, trails, natural open spaces, shops, restaurants, offices and light industrial facilities spanning the entire ranch.

In scale, in scope and in the reach of its vision, this is like nothing that Colorado Springs has seen before.
