Where it all begins.

Northtree, the very first village of Banning Lewis Ranch is now open. Have a look at the information here. You'll discover plans for thoughtfully designed neighborhood parks, Banning Lewis Ranch Academy a public K-8 charter school, the community center complete with a junior Olympic swimming pool, and now, an introduction to seven all-new collections of homes, with base pricing from the low $200,000s to the mid $300,000s by four broker-friendly Guest Builders ... with more home collections planned to be presented in coming months. And all of these features are expected to be connected by a network of trails, pasillos and natural open spaces.

Speaking of connections, every home in Northtree is planned to be wired with pure Fiber to the Home (FTTH) connectivity. And residents can already enjoy free WiFi access at Northtree Park and the Ranch House Recreation & Information Center. Plus, for just $86 a month, the Northtree homeowner fee not only gets you access to all the Ranch House recreation center's amenities, but also high-speed internet service, a minimum of 55 cable TV channels and ... well, it's a long list. We call it our Homeowner Value Program. And you can learn more about it here.
