**Subject to availability. Admission limited to invitee and four guests. Children under 18 not admitted unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. For safety reasons, access to the pool deck is limited to 200 guests at any one time. Banning Lewis Ranch reserves the right to refuse entry for any reason, including to comply with the foregoing occupancy limits, and to eject any attendee that Banning Lewis Ranch agents of staff, in their sole discretion, determine to be behaving in a dangerous, disruptive, undesirable or otherwise inappropriate manner. Receipt of invitation does not guarantee entry. All attendees are required to sign the applicable Banning Lewis Ranch waiver, available below, before entering the Northtree Ranch House recreation center and/or using any facilities, including, without limitation the pool, splash play area and/or pool deck. No life guard shall be on duty at any time. Use of the Northtree Ranch House recreation center, and all amenities therein, including the pool, splash play area and the pool deck, shall be solely at your own risk and Banning Lewis Ranch hereby disclaims any responsibility or liability for any amenity or activity provided, and by participating in such activity or event, each attendee hereby waives and forfeits any claim arising out of or in connection therewith. Banning Lewis Ranch reserves the right to refuse access to any area, including the resident reserved area for any reason.
