The way we see it, you can't have a great neighborhood without great neighborhood schools. So we felt compelled to help create the Banning Lewis Ranch Academy , a K-8 charter school, as one of the very first features within our first village, Northtree. And to plan for a school in every village that follows. But our commitment to knowledge, as a cornerstone value of Banning Lewis Ranch, goes beyond formal education. We're working to build a community that fosters lifelong learning. We want parents to be able to walk their kids to school, then perhaps take a few more steps to attend a workshop at the nearby village Ranch House. We're planning to build relationships with local colleges and other organizations with the idea of bringing a continual flow of lectures, seminars and learning practically to your doorstep. We're even designing some of our trails in a way that could let you learn something about the history, geography or culture of this place as you're taking your morning walk.

Living at Banning Lewis Ranch, you may find yourself learning something every time you leave the house.
