Community is more than a group of homes and businesses. It's a place to connect. We're designing Banning Lewis Ranch to foster these connections. We're exploring ideas for community gatherings, such as annual Fourth of July celebrations and holiday festivals. We're reserving land for places of worship. We're planning to bring art into our villages — some to look at and some to create yourself. And, as you can tell from the rest of the website, we're designing this master-planned community to honor Colorado culture both in its architecture and its love of the outdoors. All in all, the goal for Banning Lewis Ranch is to create the opportunity for a deeply satisfying place to live.
